Product Manager, Enterprise

We are hiring an Enterprise Product Manager. This is a remote position where you can be located anywhere in North America. As a Product Manager at Idiomatic, you will build new products and features, manage the product development process, shape the product roadmap, and influence product vision and strategy. You will have ownership over your projects and make an impact every day.

You will own:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of products
  • Leading sprint cycles, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align the product roadmap to strategic goals in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Developing detailed product feature specifications and ensuring they’re clearly understood by the design and developer teams
  • Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Actively mitigating roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
  • Leading product launches and coordinating rollout plans for delivery of new functionalities
  • Serving as the product liaison internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of PM experience, including experience with enterprise products at a startup
  • Proven experience leading coordination of many stakeholders and cross functional teams and able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
  • In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles 
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
  • Effective attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture
  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
  • Understanding of design quality standards and knowledge of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to work with remote teams

A plus if you have:

  • Machine learning knowledge and experience
  • Data visualization expertise
  • Design experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and abilities
