We believe that in competitive industries, the products that “just work” are going to be the ones that win. We’ve already seen this play out with Chrome, Slack, and the iPhone, and can imagine a future where the frictionless customer experience of those products is considered the norm.
Idiomatic’s mission is to usher in this future, by providing companies with a roadmap for creating magical experiences with their products or services. Idiomatic does this by using customer feedback to tell companies what to improve and whether their efforts are working. This turns out to be hard to do, but that’s also why it’s fun to work on and valuable to companies.
We are hiring our first Account Executive, which can be based in Palo Alto, CA, St. Louis, MO, or remote. As the first dedicated Account Executive at Idiomatic, you will be responsible for closing deals. Specifically, you will work closely with our founders on capitalizing on existing opportunities, creating new opportunities, and closing new business for Idiomatic. Every day, beloved companies like Slack, Airbnb, Intercom, Medium, and Cisco rely on our systems to make more customer-friendly decisions. As part of our team, you will be required to both seek out new opportunities as well as close new deals with customers. You will have ownership over a major piece of revenue growth for Idiomatic and an opportunity to grow into a sales management role over time if you should so choose.
